Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, as we will be gently moving our bodies before settling in to restorative yoga postures with the thoughtful aid of various props, ensuring that we can be as comfortable as possible while we relax and enjoy the experience of journeying through a variety of soothing soundscapes.
