We RISE up in 30 minutes of flow movement led by Bonnie Ludovico. A series of sun salutations and a chance to stretch and move the energy in our bodies in preparation for restorative poses.

We ReSTORE in a 60 minute restorative yoga sound journey led by Sunni. We will assist in positioning props to maximize release in each pose while you are serenaded by a myriad of live musical instruments.
